The process is as per below.

Process 1: We use S.S sheet/S.S Coil for this making of this product.
Process 2: Have to enter above raw material to de coiler for sheet rotation.
Process 3: For Perfect Sizing have to cut by Shearing Machine.
Process 4: After Sizing have to take them for the pressing in the Double action deep draw press.
Process 5: After Pressing next process is for outer cutting of the extra material that we have developed trimming machine.
Process 6: After trimming we goes for edge beeding and for that we uses beeding machine.
Process 7: Then Next process is Hole cutting machine for that we use Hydraulic Hole cutting press.

Making trolley stand :

Process 1: With the help of Pipe bending machine we develops trolley stand
Process 2: With the help of 400 AMPS Arc Welding Mach. we welds join clamps as well as other feelings in the pipe stand.
Process 3: For Tyre process we have Bakelite press machine.
